Sherlocks terms & conditions

• Data and specification are a guideline only. Due to our constant strive to develop and improve our products, we reserve the right to alter designs without prior notice.

• All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Sherlocks reserves the right to increase the price of Goods to reflect any increase in costs to Sherlocks, which is due to any factor beyond the control of Sherlocks.

• Carriage and erection charges (where applicable) are not included and will be advised at time of quotation.

• A one-third deposit is required on acceptance of quotation and the balance is payable on completion.

• All goods remain the property of Sherlocks until paid for in full.

• In the event of damage on delivery, our office must be advised within 24 hours as delay may result in loss of claim.

• All extras and alterations not in the agreed specification will be charged for accordingly and added to the final invoice.

Cheques are payable to Sherlocks of Chichetsre Ltd. We accept Maestro, Mastercard and Visa. Credit cards are subject to a 2.5% surcharge.
